At Trendsify Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The item is missing parts or accessories.
To be eligible, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges if:
- You simply change your mind after receiving the product.
- The product has been used, damaged by the customer, or is not in its original condition.
- The original packaging is missing.
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the item is received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
